A bio-based foam base balances comfort, rigidity, and freedom of movement. The Bionic Core Frame is constructed from 100% recycled carbon fibers sourced from post-production waste. Its layered, random fiber structure delivers a 9/10 stiffness rating with a controlled 6/10 flex, built for overpowered conditions without locking out movement. Hexagon Dry Flex padding, natural foam flex covers, recycled yarn webbing, and a recycled PET battle belt complete the construction. This is performance, evolved.

Bio Based Foam

A non water absorbing bio based EVA foam base adds lasting comfort without extra weight. It cushions pressure, improves fit and keeps the harness feeling light, even during long sessions.

Recycled Carbon

Built from 100% recycled carbon fibers sourced from post production waste, the frame gives new life to high performance materials. Its unique layered structure delivers direct power with a balanced flex, keeping the ride responsive and smooth.
